After much deliberation and looking at the current situation in the guild and how the guild has been developing since moving to a social guild with serious raiding.

A decision has been made to make the guild a straight up Raiding Guild.

What does this mean for you?

It means that there is no raid team. Everyone is a raider and everyone is entitled to come to raids to get loot on an equal footing with everyone else.

 You are all expected to come to some raids, This does NOT mean you have to come to every raid.
E.G: if you would like a week off from raiding dont sign up, but as said before you are expected to sign up and show up for some raids.
The more raids you come to the more gear you will get and the further you can go with your raiding.

The more people that sign up the more groups we will have running, we do not have a lack of raid leaders and we would love to see 2,3,4 groups running raids.

That being said, if you wish to join certain raids you will need to have a certain level of competancy.
If you wish to raid Naxx 10 or 25 man you will need to have heroic epic gear properly gemed and enchanted.
If you wish to raid Uldar 10 man you would need to have at least full Naxx 10 man gear and have shown that your abilities are ready for that level of raid.
If you wish to do Ulduar 25 you will need to be in Naxx 25 gear and as above have demonstrated you abilities.

If you are not ready to move on don't worry we will assist you in making the most of your char and chosen spec all you have to do is talk to us we are here to help and get you moved in to the next raid instance.

With this new status the raiding schedule will continue to run as it has been for the foreseable future to allow everyone to raid when and where possible - this will then be up to Raid Leaders and YOU as responsible members to ensure you do not lock yourselves into the wrong raids, again this does not mean you have to raid every day if you dont not wish to.

If you find you want to raid but have been unsuccesful in being chosen for the raids then please contact a Guild Officer/Guidleader.

MAINS are expected to be signing up for raids unless cleared with the Raid Leader before the raid starts !

With this in mind I will take this opportunity to remind you that we are not here to give your alts a roof over their heads, In other words if your Main is not in the guild your alts should not be either as they are of no benefit to the guild.
